A Facebook post by a woman claiming to be a paid anti-Duterte supporter has caught the social media by storm, before it was taken down after 12 hours.
Earlier on Saturday, FB user Lily Lopez shared a screenshot of another user who complained of not being paid after she and her two friends went to Timog Ave., to protest against Davao City mayor Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday.
On Thursday, around 30 people, who claimed that they were from women’s group, picketed near Timog Ave., denouncing and criticizing Duterte’s candidacy.
In her FB post that was viewed more than 780k times, shared more than 6,000 times, and attracted more than 900 mostly negative comments, FB user Maricel Peralta aired her anger towards LP organizers who promised them to pay.
Bwisit!
On Friday, another woman who claimed to be a member of the group, admitted, that she received 6K from LP officials who organized the rally. She also claimed getting an additional of 1,000 from Trillanes’ campaign officials. /Malou Mangahas/
