An edited video interview of vice presidential candidate Sen. Bongbong Marcos is making round online, gaining thousands of reactions and hundreds of comments blasting Pres. Benigno Aquino Jr.
The undated interview of Sen. Marcos was edited and a controversial comment of Aquino during his 2013 State of the Nation Address (SONA) was inserted.
Aquino’s comment regarding renewable energy was blasted by critics before, but the viral video is getting more attention from all parties.
An excerpt of Aquino’s speech that said “Magtatayo ka ng wind; paano kung walang hangin? Kung solar, paano kung makulimlim?” was inserted between Marco’s statements and becoming popular around social media, especially on Facebook.
“I cannot explain y frustration with our president. I am so ashamed of myself experiencing his administration”, a comment by FB used Felix Lagro said.
Senator Marcos interview was about Ilocos Norte’s energy problem and how he came-up with the solution.
Bangui Wind farm in Ilocos Norte is the first and biggest wind farm in South East Asia and helped give Ilocano’s the lowest cost of electricity in the country.
