Supporters of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte are going nuts after several reports from overseas that the ballots intended for OFWs have Roxas and Robredo names already marked.
Around 1.38 million Filipinos outside the country started to vote on Saturday, April 9, when photos of alleged marked ballots started to circulate online.
Duterte supporters called the action “pandaraya” in favor od Liberal Party standard bearers Mar Roxas and Leni Robredo.
